21 – 26 April 2028 · IMPA Brasil
The International Maritime Pilots' Association (IMPA) has been the global voice of maritime pilots since 1970, representing over 8,000 professionals across more than 50 nations with consultative status at the IMO.
In 2028, the Praticagem do Brasil hosts the 28th edition — bringing the congress to South America for the first time in over three decades. Brazil's 590 pilots perform 80,000 maneuvers annually across 20 pilotage zones, safeguarding one of the world's most dynamic maritime corridors.
